The food is always excellent at Le Meridien so getting the big discount was a huge plus. The follow up from the hotel after I had made the reservation was very impressive. But most importantly, the service from their staff is impeccable.

Frustratingly, no lobster. Crabs and shrimps are small. Only the shrimps on ice were the fresh ones, others cooked in the food were the frozen, hence taste like plastic. Indian section tastes kinda good especially the rice and those curries. Noodles and dum sum section are nice too. Miso soup of Japanese section is authentic and delicious. Roasted lamb taste plain/less flavoured. Spaghetti of the carbonara was way too al-dente. Dessert choice is a lot but all the cakes taste kinda the same though of different look. Drinks were less tempting, just some fusion cordials. No local hot drink like teh tarik/nescafe tarik. In summary, various sections of food choice but of standard spread, nothing extraordinary. Eatigo discount saves the pain. IF I were to pay the actual rate, it would not be as worth the value.

We came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday with a group of friends, and it was such a great experience! The buffet had a good variety of food, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were really friendly and attentive especially Abg Radi, who provided excellent service and made sure we were well taken care of.

It was mine on the 1st Feb'26 and wife's Birthday on the CNY but we decided merged and to celebrated together at the hotel. The buffet dinner was wonderful. Staff/Cashier n the ladies assisting was courteous n friendly despite many people entering the restaurant/coffee hse.. The food was great except for the desert, they had no bread pudding. The service was good but probably the mgmt could add a few more crew so that the clearing of the plates n utensils could be more efficient but whoever was working on the CNY that day was exceptionally very hardworking n attended to everyone's needs n request. I shall spread the word to all my friends n definitely will come again.
