- 6. A non-refundable security deposit of 50% (based on the actual Buffet price, BEFORE any discount) is required for any booking of 6 persons and above for the normal buffet, and for all bookings during special promotion and festive season.
- IMPORTANT, the Security Deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation, no-show and reduced number of guest count on the actual dining day. Reservation below 6 persons,
- without a security deposit will be hold for 15 minutes and late arrival without prior notice will be automatically cancelled in the reservation system.
- 7. Eatigo customer must make the reservation according to the arrival time. Strictly no early arrival.
- 8. Eatigo customer may include kids age 12 years old and above in the reservation to enjoy Eatigo discount based on the adult buffet prices.
- 9. Eatigo customer may not need to include kids age 11 years old and below in the reservation, instead to contact the Restaurant directly to update the reservation covers for children age 11 years and below only.

We had an amazing dining experience at Lemon Garden, and the buffet selection was truly mind-blowing! There is something for everyone, featuring a massive and delicious variety of Chinese, Japanese, authentic Malaysian, Indian, and traditional Nyonya dishes. Every station was packed with flavor. The absolute highlight for us was the seafood counter—the lobsters were incredibly fresh, and they served massive, juicy crabs that were a real treat for seafood lovers! On top of the fantastic food, the staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and welcoming throughout our meal, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium buffet with top-notch service and an extensive food selection. We left completely full and highly satisfied!

We had the lunch buffet and the selection was excellent, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The highlight for us was definitely the dessert section, everything was delicious! We ended up going back for several rounds of desserts. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.

⭐ Mixed experience at Lemon Garden, Shangri-La *Visited for Friday dinner* and unfortunately left a bit disappointed for what you pay here. *Seafood:* The lobsters were flaky and didn’t taste fresh. It’s the first time I didn’t go back for seconds at a buffet. For the price point, I expected better. *Overall food quality:* I’ve been to a lot of buffet restaurants over the past 15 years, and ShangriLa has a good reputation, but the food didn’t quite live up to it – sorry to say. Something feels off for the price you’re paying. *Breakdown:* - *Cold foods:* You can skip these - *Chinese station:* Pass - *Indian station:* Fairly good (my fav station usually) - *Pizza station:* Good - *Dessert station:* A letdown. There was a lot of variety, but several items weren’t very tasty or well made. I don’t usually complain, but I’d encourage the team to focus on fresher ingredients and tighter quality control, especially for the crowd they’re serving. Hope they can turn it around, because the venue is absolutely beautiful and staff service is fantastic and there is so much potential in the restaurant . Thanks for the opportunity .
