We did booked a discounted reservation to lessen the payment but when i gave my card to pay, the stuff "i think" did not checked the receipt properly. i don't know why they mistakenly charged me even though the price was printed on the reciept before going on our table. They did gave a 10 - 14 BD for refund since i used a debit card for mode of payment. The customer service line cannot provide a proper update, we also asked for a supervisor or someone higher to explain the situation about the refund, but they mentioned that they just request an update to the refund request for debit after the "14th day" and they also not responding on email since the day I sent an update request. its already a month, but no one bothers to respond or call to give an update, or if they can give the refund at all...

Poor food quality

Eatigo discount is not applicable during the holidays. There were a lot of selections but food tasted the same: bland.

The price was very reasonable. The service was good, and most importantly, we enjoyed the food. I don't have any videos or photos; I was too busy enjoying the food and the place.
