Curated by Chef Kenny Chan, the new “Flavours of Canton” concept reinterprets traditional Cantonese cuisine through meticulously crafted set lunches and sharing dinners. Chef Chan masterfully blends time-honored techniques with contemporary flairs, creating a harmonious symphony of refined flavours and textures. The lounge exudes contemporary aesthetics of cool grey and gold accents and offers outdoor seating by the lush lawn, available for those who prefer a relaxed setting or who are visiting with pets.

食物選擇很多，折扣後的價錢很抵吃！ 但食物水準一般，可接受！ 付款時一定要留意價錢，他們以原價$958 一位向我收費，之後我跟他們說我book 的是$798 一位，他們才幫我更正，如果沒留意的人很容易付多。 不明白他們為什麼同一款餐有兩個價錢。

Everything was amazing since stepped inside the Murray. Not my first time being there, but still everytime was just perfect! Great seafood selection, service was very professional and friendly. Thank you. =)

Very nice service, fresh seafood, delicious desserts, I love all at Garden Lounge. A glass of tea or coffee should be served along with buffet instead of juice, which is not my option. This is the only suggestion. Thank you!
