Food Capital is a tranquil and capacious all-day-dining and buffet restaurant by the riverside in Singapore. The restaurant presents guests with an array of indulgent delights with the main island counter; featuring the Patisserie and the Seafood-on-Ice section taking the centre stage.
Food Capital’s main dining area consists of full-height floor to ceiling glass windows, providing ample lighting while creating a warm and welcoming ambience for guests along with the scenic view of the Singapore River. Popular selections among diners include the Canadian Snow Crab Leg, Chilean Scallop, Oven Roasted Chicken, Australian Beef Rib Eye with Red Wine Jus and many more local favourites, served from the variety of stations around the buffet line.
Not to be missed are also the crowd favourites – Fresh Sashimi and Signature Laksa. Finding your way around, look out for our whole section of zesty delights where you find an array of international and Asian cuisines, along with the crowd favourites such as the Tandoor Grill dishes.

standard has dropped. sashimi was cut into small square pieces. taco was too tough to chew through. oysters had a weird fishy taste. I have visited visited place many times since it was called cafe brio so I know the difference

Had a great time catching up with friend over a meal. The food and the variety was good. The counters and server staffs are all friendly. Recommended.
