GOOD: 1. Al fresco terrace had nice views of neighboring skyscrapers. A good area for chatting since no music during dinner time. 2. Oyster Sisig Aburi is torched upon serving so you get the hot gooey mozzarella cheese with each oyster bite. 3. At first we were hesitant about the Pasta Blanco being too rich with the Truffle Ricotta but the earthy Shitake mushrooms balanced out the flavor. No UMAY factor. 4. Our server guy (with facial hair... sorry i did not get his name) was engaging and made good suggestions. 5. Loved the 3 establishments (club, speakeasy bar & rooftop tapas lounge) in 1 building. While waiting for our orders, went down to Cheshire Speakeasy on the 4th floor. Liked the feel and vibe. Will check it out soon. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. There were several menu items not available. Wanted the Ugly Duck Smashed Burger but "sandwiches" were not available at that time? Same with the Chili Crisp Umami Noodles not available. Maybe we arrived early? 2. Red wine sangria seemed watered down. 3. Parking a challenge like most places in Poblacion.

The ambiance, cuisine, and overall service were exceptional from start to finish. A special commendation goes to JB, whose attentiveness, professionalism, and welcoming presence made a lasting impression. JB went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of and that we felt valued throughout our visit. I also want to recognize the entire staff for their excellent service.
