Description
Coca is a Thai-style ‘suki’ steamboat that is the result of over 60 years of perfecting traditional recipes. Inspired by the Chinese words “可口”, Coca offers savoury options like thinly-sliced US striploin and house special shrimp paste. Be sure to enjoy them with their signature Coca sauce, a special sauce concocted to complement meals. There are currently three outlets in Singapore: Ngee Ann City, Suntec City and Leisure Park Kallang, which has an all-you-can-eat buffet spread.

First time trying Coca and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and service standard. Jass was attentive and patient, guiding me thro the ordering of food and made good recommendations. Definitely worth another visit!

No quick brief by staff on how to go about ordering or use of tablet (need password which we didn’t know it’s the 4-digit on the tablet frame). Need to keep looking for staff to ask. Food quality is ok though.

We always go for this yearly. However was hugely disappointed by how the sauces and home made items tasted so off. Kudos to the staff who are almost all foreigners, felt kinda interesting to be served by Indians and Myanmar staff in a steamboat restaurant. if anything, they are the only saving grace! Top notch 5 stars customer service but the food was at 1 or 2, so overall still an OK experience.
