This resto should close. When we arrived (from an hour trip) we were turned away as Staff said the Chef cudnt accomodate us - there were only 2 of us.

Ev’rytime I come here more than half of their Menu’s Out of Stock — like 75% was not available. Poor management. They should Close down.

Made a reservation here and upon arriving the store just informed us that there are no kitchen staff around. So they cannot accommodate us.

They don’t get in touch with if their chef is out or their kitchen cannot work during the reservation. The chef must also inform them a head of time so everyone can work professionally. I MEAN PROFESSIONALLY!!!

When we arrived, we told the woman serving coffee at the front desk that we had an Eatigo reservation. As soon as she heard "Eatigo," she visibly made a face, shouted "Eatigo!" to the back, and rudely told us the chef was no longer around—without offering an apology or explanation. If they aren't going to honor bookings, they should remove their shop from the app. This wasn't our first bad experience here either; on a previous visit, they refused to acknowledge our voucher. The staff member was completely unapproachable and had a terrible attitude. It feels like they actively refuse to serve customers using discounts.

we didn’t even got a chance to dine in idk this is labeled as attended 😹 anyway… me and my friends had an eatigo reservation for 7:30 last july 8 and upon arrival they said na wala “daw” chef and i noticed karamihan ng food menu is naka takip which i assume not available, i think u should work on this like give ur costumers an heads up because like in our situation galing pa kaming pasay then ganon pala maaabutan namin, we look forward it pa naman. what more pa if someone made a reservation for event like birthdays and such then ganun lang din aabutan nila, they will just end up disappointed like us. + we also called the restaurant while on the way but no one’s answering, i hope your team will be attentive
