The Gust is definitely worth the visit. We ordered quite a variety of dishes and honestly, there wasn’t a single one that disappointed us. Everything was well-executed and you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients. The Light Seared Beef was the star of the meal. It completely exceeded my expectations — tender, buttery and packed with flavour. I would come back just for this dish alone. The Grilled Bluefin Tuna Collar was another must-order. Rich, fatty and perfectly grilled, with crispy skin and juicy meat that almost melted in the mouth. The sashimi was fresh and generously portioned, while both the salmon rice bowl and gyudon were comforting and satisfying. The karaage was also crispy, juicy and not greasy at all. Great food, attentive service and a cosy ambience. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu.
