The staff members are polite, accommodating, and quick to serve. You can really feel how welcoming and well-managed the place is. We chose the ultimate comfort food combination: 🥓 Sizzling Indoor Grill: Juicy marinated meats paired with special dips. 🍲 Comforting Double-Broth Hotpot: Several flavorful broths (Laksa, Pork Bone, Sukiyaki, Pork and Chicken, Mushroom) with quality seafood, fresh meat, and veggies! The meats and skewers were high quality, the vegetables looked and tasted like newly picked produce, and the shrimps were plump, shiny and fresh. Special mention is their Wagyu Fried Rice...umami bomb!💣 Speaking of fresh, we left with our clothes intact from any BBQ smell so good job to Jin Cai's smokeless flat grill. COULD BE IMPROVED: Please add a tangy dipping sauce option like kalamansi, soy sauce with chili garlic. While the dips were indeed flavorful, the thick mayo consistency of the peanut, green, dark green, red, jin cai sauces led to some Umay. Overall, Jin Cai is a cut above the general throng of Samgyupsal/Hotpot eateries in the metro. Will return.

All you need is here. Diverse options if food like their Asian grill and hotpot concept. The customer service is so great. Matatakot ka hawakan yung menu kasi they will automatically ask what is your order. The ambiance is a bit homey which is good.

The food selection here is spot on—variety is just right without being overwhelming. The mix of meats, seafood, and meatballs is perfectly balanced. You absolutely have to try the laksa! The only letdown for me was the chicken kebab, but everything else was packed with flavor.

Super worth it! The meats were fresh, flavorful, and ang daming choices for both hotpot and grill. Staff were very accommodating and mabilis mag-refill. Clean place, cozy ambiance, and perfect for family or barkada gatherings.
