Very satisfied meal as we requested kitchen adj to our stronger palate - everything hit the spot 1. Loofah w abalone - tasty and fresh loofah altho abalone too chewy, still a 8/10 love the soup 2. Sour pickled Fish (ordered w extra peppercorn) - 9/10 fish fresh, addictive soup. Not too sour nor oily 3. Kumpung Egg w green pepper - 9/10 Surprised if they might hv used round bell pepper (capsicum) instead of long hunan pepper, but the egg was the star. Deep and flavourful. Did not try innards dishes for this first visit although quite a few on menu/chef recomm
