The ambience is ideal for casual dining, business lunches, or intimate dinners. I tried Salted Egg Custard Bun, known for its soft, steamed exterior and rich, molten salted egg yolk custard filling. The buns were served fresh and hot. However, upon taking a bite, the molten filling oozed out rapidly, causing a hot and sticky mess on my hand. This made the buns somewhat challenging to enjoy without careful handling. While it offers a delightful blend of flavors, it's advisable to allow the buns to cool slightly before consumption. Salt & Pepper Squid's taste features a balance of saltiness, a subtle peppery heat, and umami flavors. The squid pieces are coated in a light and crispy breading. The squid itself was tender and not rubbery. 10/10 for its consistency across the entire serving. Braised Beef Noodle Soup was a satisfying dish. The soup itself was flavorful and not too salty. It also has a noticeable beef essence. The noodles were of good quality. The beef wasn’t as tender as I had hoped but wasn’t tough either—just somewhere in between. It’s a decent option if you're in the mood for a flavorful, balanced noodle soup, but the beef texture could be improved for a more premium experience.
