I recently visited Marco Polo and made my reservation through Eatigo. Unfortunately, the experience started off quite unpleasant due to the attitude of the hostess upon arrival. When we checked in and mentioned that our booking was made via Eatigo, the hostess appeared rude and unfriendly. It felt as though we were treated differently simply because of the platform we used to make the reservation. Regardless of whether a guest books through Eatigo, another platform, or walks in directly, every customer should be treated with the same level of professionalism and respect. First impressions matter greatly in hospitality, and this interaction left a disappointing start to what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. I hope the management will remind their team that all guests deserve courteous service, regardless of how their reservation was made.
