food is nice, but the merchants crew and manager are irresponsible, they didnt give us a discount because they cannot log in to their account, eatigo customer service also is a mess. they didnt even give us a breakeven decision, they just offered us a small portion only a 100food voucher for the compenstion. just to reirterate that this is not about the discount it is about how we expect to recieve the discount that we claimed for.
