Different service crew - and the cold brews are healthier with a significant trade off in aroma and taste. Bring back the old recipe!

What happened? The food portions shrank. For drinks, We usually order the white cold brew (no discount) but this time it was diluted and AWFUL - as if prepared differently altogether. Awful and disappointing like canned coffee.

We didn't get to claim the eatigo offer because the staff wasn't clear on the ordering process. She could've just told us clearly and concisely to order at the counter but kept blabbing on about different alcohol promos. Food was subpar, empty restaurant during dinner time. Ordered their signature burger and it was meh. The fries were a lot so that's good.
