Alba is known for its cozy ambiance, from the charming Spanish lamps, decorative plates and colorful murals. A native of Avila, Spain, founder Señor Anastacio de Alba wanted to bring to Manila a part of Spain and its cultural history when he set foot on Manila shores in February 1952. This became a reality and Alba Restaurante Español is now known as the home of traditional Spanish cooking. The menu includes old favorites that include an extensive selection of tapas, about 50 different kinds of these bite-sized appetizers best served with cerveza or accompanied with a glass of Sangria or vino. The restaurant serves 15 different paella varieties, from the classic house favorite Paella Valenciana to new flavors such as Verde for vegetarians and practically everything else in between. Come and experience this dining tradition, which generations have enjoyed for over six decades.

We really enjoyed dining at Alba Restaurante Espanol. The food was amazing. The beef was super tender and the paella was packed with flavor. Even though the buffet does not have as many options as some other places, everything they do serve is high quality and really well made. The fresh fruits were also a nice touch. The staff were great too. They were very attentive, kept refilling our water, served us soup, and cleared our plates regularly. It made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Definitely one of the best buffet experiences we’ve had.

very attentive waiters, ambiance-superb! food selection- very good as well though the crispy pork in Alba Greenhills Branch is better. Over all experience is very good! Highly recommended .
