The one (taking the orders) stationed in the cashier that time is not well aware of the coverage of the eatigo dicount promo that time.She said that only rice meals like chicken plates are covered by the promo.Confused,so I asked her if the promo has changed.She confidently replied that it is what it is before.I didn't argue anymore since she is pregnant that time and I don't want to cause any stress to me and the people around us.So I just ordered the food we want w/o the 30% discount,the order cost P500+ worth of foods for 3pax. Still skeptical, I asked another staff and show her the receipt.Confirming if the promo has changed so far.She then advise me that the food we ordered should be covered. She take the receipt and discuss it to a manager and the cashier. she then told me that they applied the discount however since I paid using my CC there's no way to refund, instead she asked me to order more foods (which is more than we can eat) so I have no choice to order additional foods and pay a little more to adjust for the excess amount. Bottomline is instead of availing the discount, I paid more for additional foods we cannot consumed by ourselves bcoz of a misinformed staff regarding the eatigo promo coverage.

Super dry yung truffle mac and cheese pasta and halos walang sauce. Nag request ako ng bago pero ni reheat lang ulit yung binigay kaya mas lalo naging dry. It was my second try of that pasta dahil super nagustuhan namin yung sa Sm North Annex branch.

Ang dami nilang unavailable. Di ko alam kung dahil ba discounted kami sa Eatigo kaya mostly sa mga orders namin, unavailable na daw. Sad
