I made a reservation through Eatigo specifically for the à la carte buffet. However, upon arrival, the reception informed me that the Eatigo deal is not applicable for the à la carte buffet, and only valid for the à la carte menu. This was never stated clearly on Eatigo, and I was not informed beforehand. And he told me that they no going to read the remark even i put… Since we were already there, I requested to proceed with the buffet. The staff’s reply was that they were “worried the food would not be enough” and that the buffet timing was from 5.30–7.30pm. How would customers know these internal policies if no one communicates them? Honestly, the situation made me feel misled. The listing gives customers the impression that the à la carte buffet is included, but when we arrive, we are told otherwise and expected to spend more. In addition, the service quality was far below expectations: • We ordered a lot of items but no staff assisted or cleared plates. • We had to move our own empty plates to the table behind us. • Dirty plates were not changed. • No one checked back on our food or dining experience. • When I asked Captain Alvin to add chilli padi to my ginger onion duck, I was told “cannot” without any explanation.

staff deliberately kept mentioning to my guest I am using eatigo app n got discount.and on top of that food is really not good. will not return again to this restaurant. I don't normally review so badly, disappointed
