Strengths: 1. Presentations of the foods were pretty good and appealing. 2. Customer service was good. 3. Fairly good ambience. Weaknesses: 1. The qualities of the foods were below expectations including the local foods. The so called curry laksa was below average, there wasnt much curry taste, no coconut taste too. This was unacceptable as laksa is a very common local cuisine. 2. The seafoods were not fresh. 3. There were lots of fruit flies resting on most of the fruits. 4. There was a fly hoovering over the seafoods near the main entrance. 5. The ice cream was average, infact low quality. 6. Some of the kitchen staff were talking and laughing loudly especially a female kitchen staff. The whole restaurant was pretty quiet except their loud voices. They should be more well behaved as this is a 5 star hotel. 7. The coffee was pre prepared in 2 kettles at the coffee station, tea bags and hot water were provided at the coffee station too. So, if you need coffee, you need to go there and pour yourself. If you want tea, go there and make yourself too. The waiting staff will not ask you "coffee or tea", unlike some other hotels. As this is a 5 star hotel, it will be recommended that the wIting staff be trained to offer coffee or tea. 8. The nyonya kuehs were below average too, especially the ubi keledek kueh, it was hard and not much of keledek taste.

Food was average but the salad bar area had food flies. Disappointed

Makanan tak topup, air tak tambah, pinggan kotor tak ambil. Overall bad experience

seating arrangement is very bad. table outside the restaurant and the table is very small and chair is insufficient

Don’t know if they reduced the options to match the promo pricing. The dessert area alone was the same size as all the other food stations.

Quite limited food options and not very ‘international’. Seafood selection was decent. Worth it if you take the eatigo promo. Otherwise, manage your expectations.

Very nice food selection was good and staff all very attentive easy 5 stars
