I recently attended the dinner buffet at Sheraton Grande @Sukhumvit, and overall, the experience was solid. The food selection was impressive, especially the abundance of seafood, various meat options, and a good range of ice-cream sets to finish off the meal. The quality of the dishes was consistent, and the spread felt well-prepared and satisfying. However, the service could definitely be improved. After we were seated, the waiters and waitresses were nowhere to be seen, and when we needed a water refill, I had to call out for assistance because no staff were around. This lack of attentiveness affected the overall experience. That said, the price of about SGD63++ per person, including tax, is still reasonable for what was offered. It was a good one-time experience, though I might consider trying other hotel buffets next time. Still, the ambience and atmosphere made it a pleasant dinner overall.

My Lunch Dining on Nov 11 – A Major Letdown Despite Great Service The quality of the raw ingredients was good, but every dish seriously lacked flavor — completely tasteless. I specifically ordered my beef WELL DONE, yet it was served with blood still oozing out, clearly not cooked properly. I was honestly shocked to see the cook grill it for less than 1 minutes and claim it was done. This shows a clear lack of cooking standards and supervision in the kitchen. On a positive note, the service staff were outstanding — polite, attentive, and professional throughout. Unfortunately, the kitchen performance was far below expectations for a buffet of this level. The Executive Chef really needs to retrain the cooks and improve quality control. With the ingredients you have, the food should have been much better. If is NOT because of the Outstanding Service Staffs and Nice Cook Personality. I would give/rate it 1 star out of 5 for this dining experience. Pls Yours Guys can do better than this.

I am delighted by the exceptional reception service 👏, and great service from the waiters👏, chefs prepared BBQ Beef based on our specification 👍. While the variety of food & dessert options could be expanded, this was a minor point in an otherwise an outstanding dining experience.
