Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and a Wonderful Dining experience 😍 We’ve tried several Cafe France branches, but this particular branch truly stood out—not only because of the food, but most especially because of the exceptional service provided by their male manager, whose name I believe is Kelo or Ruru. He is genuinely one of the kindest, most accommodating, and most attentive managers we’ve encountered. From opening the door for customers to taking orders and personally assisting diners, he goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and well taken care of. What makes him stand out is his genuine warmth, pleasant attitude, and willingness to assist. He makes customers feel valued, and that kind of service truly makes a difference in the overall dining experience. Having visited several Cafe France branches, I can honestly say that his hospitality is exceptional and memorable. A manager like him is a real asset to the company. Great food is important, but excellent customer service is what makes customers want to come back. I sincerely hope the management recognizes and appreciates his dedication because employees like him deserve to be acknowledged. He represents the kind of hospitality that makes a restaurant experience truly special. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant one! We hope to see more staff members who show the same kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers.
