I went at 1530 to try before my dates. Place is nice and clean. Quiet during this timing. Food is so so. More Italian style rather than fusion.

Food is good and tasteful but service is not up to standard. Service staff are inexperienced. When customer enquires a question, after giving the answer, the Myanmar service staff walked away immediately. She did not wait to see if I have further questions. Though the cafe uses e-menu but when we requested for a physical menu, it was a piece of paper that is filmsy and crumpled. The staff did not share that the Chinese restaurant next to us is a linked restaurant and we could order food from both. While food is above average but if the service standard remains as is, it's unlikely to have returning customers.

First impressions did not bode well. There were staff slouching over a couple of dining tables when I arrived at 330pm. Restaurant was rather warm due to the fact it is opened onto the mall walkway with no partition. Deep fried garlic chicken mid joint was delicious but the squid ink pasta in "crab roe" sauce while perfectly edible, lacked any distinctive flavour. Some of the staff(Burmese?) could barely carry a basic conversation in English.
