Great service staff.

Amazing Japanese restaurant with fresh and delicious food! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were satisfying. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. The restaurant also had a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Japanese food!

Love their chirashi and ribeye steak! They have Japanese and Western foods. Good for family or dates.

Our first dining experience at Joya Onsen Cafe was extremely disappointing. The food quality, portion sizes, and dining environment were all below expectations. The sukiyaki was served lukewarm instead of in a hot pot, and we had to request for it to be reheated. The steak was tough, while the vegetables and fries were excessively salty and unpleasant to eat. The food portions were also small, making the meal poor value for money. To make matters worse, the dining area was uncomfortably hot, and we were perspiring throughout dinner. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. Instead of enjoying our meal, we just wanted to finish eating quickly and leave. Credit cards payments were not available and staffs are not exactly friendly. Food don’t taste like was prepared by trained chef. Unfortunately, the food quality and dining comfort fell far short of expectations.
