Hi, I showed up at the restaurant after making a reservation on Eatigo and was told it was closed for a private event. The staff members apologised for the inconvenience caused and offered to contact me regarding a rebooking, but no such contact was made. Given the time it took to travel to the location, I believe more accountability is required in this regard. Staff were all polite and apologetic, but the lack of follow up regarding a mistake on the restaurant’s part was quite undesirable.
