Guess what? We gave them a second chance and went back to eat. BUT they indicated that we did not attend again?! How? Once is a mistake, but twice? and i showed them my reservation on my phone!

Quite strangely, they indicated to eatigo that we did not turn up although we did. Disappointing.The food ok.

Make sure you keep their receipt or at least take a pic, because they seem like to mark your reservation as “no-show” just like it’s mentioned in other reviews. Other than that, food taste was good, portion was good, service was good, price was a bit high but with 50% off it was good:)

I also experienced a situation where Eatigo recorded a no-show for my reservation, despite my actual attendance. The noodle soup was excessively salty.

Omelette crab bomb had miniscule amount of crab meat. Inside of omelette stuffed with fried egg floss. Eatigo discount does not cover dessert items. Restaurant marked me as no-show resulting in Email from Eatigo admin
