今天，訂枱 4:30 , 怎知去到餐廳員工通知 5:00 才開始安排入座，無人通知客人，令到全部人在外面多等 30分鐘 ! 為何無同你哋平台溝通昵？ 有位無乜禮貌男職員，到 5:00 叫入座時就要客人揀選用咩餐？用咩湯底？ 我問坐底先至揀可以嗎？他回覆時帶著不耐煩語氣説道唔可以😝 唯有我也慌忙揀選 2 個湯底 ! 另外，該店有取巧地方，因我好多人訂位是 4:30 ，應是午餐時段收費。當時職員通知無這個時段的，5:00 開始，所以，今晚所有消費要以晚市時段做優惠！這樣我都系第一次遇到情況，希望，餐廳加已改善。跟平台跟進，和客人溝通，入座前請先揀定湯底，大家不用浪費時間 !

First, my reservation was originally for 4:30 PM, but I was only seated at 5:00 PM. Second, despite the delay, the staff were rude while having our packaged ordered. And asked us to leave right two hours later, which felt rushed. I hope future arrangements can be handled more considerately.

好失望，已經係叫C餐 但得好少款式食物。 出面泰式甜品得張紙貼出黎，但完全無出現過，比宣傳昆左。 M6和牛一般，牛小排好食。 墨魚滑頭幾輪叫係好食既，之後黎既係有陣酸味似已放到變壞左... 另外串燒勁伏： 1.雞翼入面仲係紅色生既 2.牛肉寫1係得1粒好細，仲要係燒到乾柴 3.串燒分類入面寫蒜蓉鮑魚，但送到黎係好細粒醉凍鮑魚，完全唔係「串燒」 4.燒菠蘿係燒定唔知幾耐，黎到完全係凍
