The food was delicious, and the chef's skills were evident in every dish. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff throughout our visit.
Although we were the last customers in the restaurant, the staff never rushed us. They allowed us to enjoy our meal comfortably and made us feel welcome until the very end. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I would gladly return.

Disappointing dining experience.
Upon arrival, we were told that we did not have a reservation, despite having a confirmed booking, which was only acknowledged after we showed the confirmation email.
We were then seated at a corner table right next to the kitchen, with constant trolley noise, dishes passing by throughout the meal, and people continuously going in and out of the door beside us.
We had chosen this restaurant to celebrate a family member’s birthday, but the seating arrangement and environment significantly affected our mood and enjoyment.
The experience was not consistent with the restaurant’s pricing or positioning.

店家介绍
Established in 1982 and named after the Min River in the Sichuan province of China, the award-winning Min Jiang restaurant presents a lavish dining concept in Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines, including a classic dim sum pushcart service during lunch daily.
The restaurant's sophisticated chinoiserie aesthetics, ambience of contemporary elegance and heartfelt service provide an idyllic setting for the dining experience. Contrasting tiled flooring in the main dining hall is enriched with hues of honey, silver-grey and teal in sensuous textile panels. Table tops are modernised with white polished marble, while illuminated onyx wall panels and custom-made pendant lighting referencing Asian fishing baskets lend a classic charm. With the generous use of wooden design elements throughout, the space evokes a sense of warmth and serenity. Parallel to the alfresco terrace, the hall looks out to tranquil views of the Hotel’s main pool.
