Established in 1982 and named after the Min River in the Sichuan province of China, the award-winning Min Jiang restaurant presents a lavish dining concept in Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines, including a classic dim sum pushcart service during lunch daily. The restaurant's sophisticated chinoiserie aesthetics, ambience of contemporary elegance and heartfelt service provide an idyllic setting for the dining experience. Contrasting tiled flooring in the main dining hall is enriched with hues of honey, silver-grey and teal in sensuous textile panels. Table tops are modernised with white polished marble, while illuminated onyx wall panels and custom-made pendant lighting referencing Asian fishing baskets lend a classic charm.
