Stirling Steaks is a Singapore steakhouse named after “Stirling Rd” Queenstown, where the founder Mr Chan grew up. We serve a wide variety of charcoal grilled steaks – up to 10 cuts available. You can almost EAT the ENTIRE COW at Stirling Steaks with our popular Black Angus Steak Buffet! ?
Established in 2014, we serve steaks seasoned with a mix of in-house spices. Our Steaks are grilled over traditional CHARCOAL to give a smokey flavoured aroma. All steaks are paired with the popular “Stirling Sauce” – home-made from fresh herbs and slow brewed over a long period of time.

We had a great experience at the restaurant. The meat was very tender and flavorful, smoky and cooked to perfection for us. The fries that came with the meat could have been more elaborate, crispier, and seasoned like those with the hamburger, which were infinitely better. The hamburger itself was simple, but the meat was cooked to perfection, and the flavor was incredibly rich. The pineapple with duck was also very pleasing with its contrasting combination. Overall, a great experience.

The sirloin steak had a smoky flavour that I really enjoyed and just the right mix of meat and fat

Rib eye was well seasoned and cooked to desired doneness. But salad was very sad and limpy looking and devoid of any dressing. Only one wait staff on duty
