FireBird is a restaurant embodying the "food-and-sake pairing" culinary culture of a Japanese izakaya. Every detail, from ingredient selection to preparation, is meticulously handled, with the entire establishment using imported Japanese chicken, eggs, rice, and Japanese A4 Wagyu. They also select high-quality ingredients for a variety of seasonal seafood sashimi and other dishes, developing eye-catching, unique, and creative cuisine. The menu offers over 20 types of skewers (yakitori) and grilled items, alongside more than 50 varieties of Japanese sake and specialty cocktails, encouraging guests to pair their drinks with food to savor the unique flavor layers of the ingredients.
