I booked 10pm for 50% off. We reached there like 3-4 mins earlier than the booking. However the non-Chinese male staff was surprised when we showed him the 50% off booking and said need to ask the boss. They only offered us 10% off when he came back. No explanation at all. Even booking before 10pm will be 20% off. We were so disappointed but still paid the bill unwillingly. This is quite unacceptable and I think Eatigo must look into it and have a proper investigation and feedback to us. Punishment to the failed restaurant is our kind suggestion to Eatigo.
