Food was 7/10, but the service was dreadful. Staff were rude and lazy. Every order felt more insulting than the other, as if a gun was being pointed at us to stop making orders. No wonder they have to offer discounts on Eatigo just to make a profit. The 1st time we went there, the service was really slow and the portions were small. They only served us a lot when we were about to leave, as if they wanted to charge us for leftovers. Yesterday was the 2nd time we went there, and the service was way worse than before. This isn’t only a review for one staff member btw. From the moment one of the staff guided us to the back part of the restaurant for a table, she suddenly just left us wondering where our exact table was located. Worse, there was this one male staff wearing a mask who seemed so annoyed with doing his job. Seemingly assigned to the back area, he even cursed about the foreigners in Tagalog for just taking their orders not long ago. I also called him multiple times for the paper checklist, and he pretended like he didn’t notice while serving other tables that had constant breaks. Definitely, I could be heard and seen, because he eventually gave me the checklist after a while without any further calls for attention. After a few orders, he just gave me the tablet to make our own orders, which is actually his job, so I refused and asked for the paper checklist instead. I then took a picture of it for our next orders so he wouldn’t have to erase the markings from the paper checklist they reuse (which might also point to some management problems). When I called him to take the order, he didn’t even bother to come closer until I waited for him to do so before making my order. Lastly, I ordered pork sausage, which he said wasn’t available, but I clearly saw them serving it to others when we were billing out. There were also times when orders were wrong or missing. Some orders were also compromised, like when the second time we were served “beef cubes,” they were just beef strips in beef cubes sauce. The sweetened bananas for the halo-halo also tasted old lol

Just had an amazing dinner on December 6 2025! Great vibe, stellar service, and incredibly fresh seafood. Everything was on point! 🦞🍴 #HighlyRecommended

I was disappointed with the unlimited hotpot and grill. The food choices were very limited, and most of the meat was mostly fat. It’s honestly better to order à la carte or get a group set — those seem to come with better quality meat. I won’t be coming back. The place looks old and dirty, and overall it wasn’t worth the money. I actually feel like asking for a refund because the experience just didn’t meet expectations.
