An award-winning restaurant helmed by Executive Chef Vincent Aw, Ginger took home the honours for Best Halal Casual Dining Restaurant at the Epicurean Star Awards 2023 and Alfresco Biophilic (Asia) Design at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2021. The sprawling 535 sqm eatery presents halal-certified local cuisine in sumptuous a la carte buffets featuring five live food stations, while its culinary team also crafts customised menus for social events or intimate private dining room affairs.
