GOOD: 1. Chirashi Sushi came loaded with a plethora of seafoods...uni, mackarel, ika, tuna, salmon and ebi...my mouth was rejoicing! Sushi rice was delicious. 2. Miso soup on the side was served hot and had my preferred balance of soft tofu bits and kelp. Delicious! 3. Manager and crew were welcoming and ready to serve. 4. Their thick menu was jampacked with all you can ask for and want in a Japanese restaurant. They don't just specialize in a certain Japanese dish . They even have Filipino inspired Donburi. 5. Happy hour on local and Japanese beers! COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. Not for the hungry diner. Waiting time is about 20 minutes for the food to be served since all dishes are freshly cooked. 2. Not to nitpick but their soy sauce was most salty instead of kikkoman like umami tasting.
