Located in the Mikiki San Po Kong, Ebisoba Ichigen offers a taste of unique ramen trends from Hokkaido in Causeway Bay. The restaurant is the first in the world to serve the signature Ebisoba, which is an incredibly rich noodle flavoured with shrimp essence, oil and shrimp soy sauce. Diners can choose from seasonings including miso, salt and soy sauce to create their own ramen options, along with other dishes including Rice Ball, Steamed Japanese Rice and BBQ Pork Rice. Ebisoba is a favourite spot for a post-shopping treat or a relaxed evening out.

今天與好友一行4人經eatigo 訂了Mikki 的一幻拉麵。店舖環境舒適整潔，我們同時都點了辛辣味噌蝦湯拉麵，麵質彈牙，湯底濃郁，糖心蛋軟糯味佳，在拉麵店中屬中上上水平。特別感謝待應亞MING 從我們入店起至结賬離開，都提供專業友善的服務，充滿熱情耐心地介紹餐牌不同的選擇，令我們整個用餐過程非常愉快。有比較就有傷害，因為較早前我們也經eatigo 在將軍澳訂了一間越南餐廳，但無論食物質素或餐廳提供的服務，都令我們十分失望。而Mikki 的一幻拉麵對我們提供的專業友善服務，並沒有因為eatigo 给我們的折扣而有所下降。借此機會再謝謝待應亞MING的禮待，使我們享受一個愉快的黃昏。我們已各自向親友的群組發放及分享我們今天愉快的體驗。香港餐飲業的倒閉潮需要向貴店的管理層多多學習。
