Never again! We did not push through with our reservation as we waited for more than an hour. We arrived there before 3:30 PM and were told to sit down first and that someone would attend to us. We waited for 15 minutes, but no one came. We later found out that we were supposed to order directly at their front desk. After ordering, we asked about the estimated waiting time, and the server mentioned that it would take 20–25 minutes. We patiently waited another 25 minutes, pero walang nangyayari even after constant follow-ups. Ni tubig, walang binigay. It felt like they were simply neglecting us just because we availed of the promo through Eatigo. Take note, they also charge a service fee, but the service was extremely disappointing. In the end, kami na mismo ang umalis. Just to be respectful, kahit hindi naging respectful yung treatment nila sa amin, we informed them that we would just cancel our reservation since we had already waited for more than an hour.
