Staff are nice and very accomodating. Id like this place as my work from hotel place

Service was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we stood at the entrance waiting to be seated, but the staff simply walked past or chatted amongst themselves despite clearly seeing us. The restaurant only had two other occupied tables at the time, so it wasn’t a busy period. Eventually, we were told to “sit anywhere” even though we had made a reservation, and my name was mispronounced when they attempted to locate it. Water was only served after we had placed our food order. The food itself took a surprisingly long time to arrive despite there being only three occupied tables in total. The billing process was equally disorganized. The staff couldn’t identify which table we were seated at, which was puzzling given how few customers there were. We were also asked to tap our card without being shown the bill first. Fortunately, I requested to review it before payment and discovered that the Eatigo discount had not been applied. The food was average and the ambience was pleasant enough, but the service was far below expectations, especially for a hotel lounge. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed the entire dining experience.

Food took 30 minutes to arrive, submitted order at 3:03pm and came at 3:35pm We ordered only nasi goreng and a beef burger Price was very reasonable though but definitely has room for improvement on taste

food is average. did not finish beer, and it was collected by the staff. failed to use promo code, and inform staff, was not prompted by staff either.
