Our story began with co-founders who grew up in Australia enjoying healthy and rotisserie chicken.
They introduced this concept to Hong Kong in 2013, where it became a successful venture, with locals embracing their love for Peri-Peri roast chicken. The chicken is marinated for 24 hours using a secret recipe, then roasted over custom-designed open-flame rotisseries. Today, the brand has evolved into a contemporary casual dining restaurant, offering signature roast chicken alongside gourmet salads, steaks, unique beverages, and house-made desserts-ensuring something delicious for everyone.
