John showed outstanding service leadership by proactively ensuring our seating request — which held special personal significance — was carefully noted and honoured. Wen and Germaine provided warm, attentive, and intuitive service on the day, thoughtfully accommodating our dietary restrictions and offering excellent food and drink recommendations. We were also deeply touched by the thoughtful gestures, including a floral bouquet at our table, a complimentary rose cake and card, and adorable couple bear keychains.
