We loved every single thing that we ordered from Red Spice. The serving was generous for its price and we were treated like valued guests despite us having an Eatigo deal. It was Monday lunch time when we went but the place wasn’t busy so they were able to tend to us properly. I saw reviews talking about bad service but we didn’t experience that at all. Maybe it’d be different if the place was busy or they may have improved. We also ate here after checkout, unfortunately, if you have a big luggage, you have to walk all around the casino (it is huge so you have to walk quite the distance) to enter the resto because the casino won’t allow you to enter even if you’ll just use it as a shortcut to the resto. Really the biggest bummer, Okada’s fault for not having an exception or any option to make it more convenient for their guests. Other than that, we enjoyed the food so much that we’d love to try the rest of their menu.

Very good service. Staff were all polite and accommodating. Only set back was the congregation breakfast set. The pork was a bit tough and hard to chew.

Great food! I would be coming back to try more. The staffs are very friendly, especially Ms. Joy. Very friendly demeanor, well-groomed, has good product knowledge and she knows what to recommend. Excited to come back for more.

Food was not so good, we were also short changed coz our pitcher of iced tea was filled with big ice cubes frim the top to the bottom so we really got less of the juice only more ice cubes. Was able to give feedback to the Manager & she was very well trained to handle such situations.
