I just had the worst customer service experience ever with classic savory in cubao. I reserved 2 tables for 18 pax and when I came there, the two staff did not let me in. The guy staff kept insisting that I only reserved a table for 2 pax. I was explaining to him that if you make the reservation online, it will ask you to reserve a table but you will need to indicate for how many pax you're reserving the tables for. They did not let us in. Worst ever.

yung lasa ng inorder namin ay di naman nagbago nagtanong ako sa isang staff dun ng 2-3 times and laging hindi nya alam yung sagot nag serve sila ng food namin halos pagtapos maiserve yung food ng mga customers with regular payment Parang nagmuka tuloy kaming mahirap dahil gumamit kami ng 50% discount ng eatigo
