 A1: Jianghu offers a “3-in-1” dining concept — combining hotpot, BBQ / grill, and grilled fish in one buffet experience. You order via QR / app, and ingredients often come via conveyor belts or mini trains.

Q3: What’s included in the buffet, and how does it work?

You choose a soup base (or go for a dual/split pot) and then order meats, seafood, vegetables, skewers, and more via app / QR code or via conveyor belt delivery. 
The buffet also includes free-flow homemade drinks (e.g. teas) and desserts / ice cream.
If you want unlimited grilled fish, there is a top-up option (≈ S$3.80++ extra)
Q4: How much does it cost (weekday, dinner, weekend)?

Weekday Lunch (Mon – Fri): ~ S$27.80++ for adults 
Weekday Dinner & Weekends / Public Holidays: ~ S$29.80++ for adults 
Students get discounted rates (for lunch & dinner) 
Children (for certain height ranges) also have a reduced rate
Q5: Do I need to reserve or can I walk in?
 A5: You can walk in, but during peak times (evenings, weekends), there may be waits or queueing. Some slots / times show up in Eatigo deals (with discounts), so booking ahead helps.

The spicy mala / Sichuan style broth is a highlight, often paired with a non-spicy broth in a split pot. 
Meats like prime beef, pork belly, marinated cuts, lamb slices are popular picks. 
Seafood (prawns, shellfish), various skewers, vegetables, and handmade fish balls are also commonly praised. 
The sauces bar / condiments section is worth exploring — you can mix your own dipping sauces. 
The grilled fish (top-up option) is a good add-on if you have room.
Q7: Are there any promotions or deals?

The Eatigo platform often features discounted off-peak slots (sometimes 40-50% off) for Jianghu @ Orchard Gateway.
A recent promotion: for Heart&Soul ticket holders, you can get $6 off dine-in at the Orchard Gateway outlet (min spend S$60) from 26 August to 26 October 2025.
Q8: What should I watch out for / rules / tips?

The 90-minute time limit is enforced — after time is up, ordering via app may be disabled. 
Soup bases and grilled fish top-up may not be eligible for discounts in some deals. 
Seating or pot types (shared vs personal) may be assigned randomly depending on availability. 
During peak hours, waits can occur; arrive early or book via Eatigo.

挺坑的。第一点:烤鱼额外收费,虽然eatigo上有标识,但是很不清楚。第二点:延伸而来,就是服务很差。没有介绍烤鱼需要额外加钱,问了才说,且态度很差。第三点:上菜方式很差,送菜车需要人站起来才能拿到。第四点:桌面很小。两个人用四人桌都很局促。第五点:符合价位的食材很少,只有两种牛肉,一种羊肉,和虾。远不如品乐锅等。第六点:虽然eatigo写着5折,折后应该是17左右,实际上店内早鸟23.8左右,赠送烤鱼(3.8)。实际差距只便宜了3新。只能说实在没必要

Been here several times. Individual hotpot and grill. Price includes hotpot soups (can choose two per pax), sauces, prepared appetizers, as well as meats, appetizers and desserts from online menu, free-flow non-alcoholic drinks from dispenser and ice cream. The food here is to my taste. Meats from online menu are fresh and the prawn paste is delicious! Great value with eatigo discount. Good service as always. When my QR code for ordering didnt work, staff members were very understanding and helpful. Would continue to patronize the restaurant!!
