Located in the Citywalk of Tsuen Wan, Ebi Mazesoba offers a taste of unique ramen trends from Hokkaido in Tsuen Wan. The restaurant is the first in the world to serve the signature Ebi Mazesoba, which is an incredibly rich noodle flavoured with shrimp essence, oil and shrimp soy sauce. Diners can choose from seasonings including miso, salt and soy sauce to create their own ramen options, along with other dishes including Rice Ball, Steamed Japanese Rice and BBQ Pork Rice. With a marvellous view of the Victoria Harbour, Ebi Mazesoba is a favourite spot for a post-shopping treat or a relaxed evening out.
