friendly attended service. food served fast. delicious food. happily enjoyed the food. conditions of eatigo’s discount same as restaurant that only food are discounted. beverage (drinks) is normal price, no discount apply.

✨ Honest Review for Chakri Palace KLCC ✨ I had a delightful dining experience at Chakri Palace KLCC! I ordered the Tomyam Kueytiaw with beef—flavourful, aromatic, and came in a decent portion, enough to satisfy yet not too heavy. The tomyam broth was just the right level of spicy and tangy, definitely hit the spot! The ambiance was cozy and elegant, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy good food. Staff were polite and attentive, which added to the overall comfort. Although there was a small hiccup with a previous order, I truly appreciate how the manager and leadership team handled it with grace and professionalism. Overall, I’d give them a solid *4.5 stars*. Keep it up, Chakri Palace! Looking forward to my next visit 💛🥢🍜 #sedapsangat

Authentic taste of Thai cuisine. Loved the coffee duck, crispy and juicy. Sea coconut dessert was really nice too. Most of the cushion chairs were torn, so they covered with some cloth. Unfortunately, the cloth didn't fit well. Only this part I feel that management should look into.
