We had an overall pleasant experience and thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the inviting atmosphere throughout the evening. We would also like to commend your attentive waitstaff, who were quick to clear empty plates and ensure our table remained comfortable during the meal. That said, we would like to share some feedback regarding the complimentary parking policy. As a family of nine, we had made two separate reservations (one for four guests and one for five). Prior to our visit, we called to enquire whether complimentary parking was available for diners and were informed that it was, as long as we were either hotel or restaurant guests. However, when settling the bill, one of your staff members informed us that only the table which spent $250 or more would be eligible for complimentary parking. While we respect the hotel's policies, this condition was not made clear to us during our earlier phone enquiry. Had we known, we would have booked a single table for nine guests instead. Additionally, we noticed that diners in smaller groups ,some as small as two were issued parking coupons, which made us question the consistency of the $250 minimum spend requirement. We hope this feedback will help improve the clarity of communication and guest experience moving forward.

Wide selection (though no sashimi during lunch). Enjoy the spread and had a good lunch. With Eatigo promotion makes it more reason to come back. Good to gather friends and family. Thanks
