Booked dinner for our Anniversary, staffs are attentive and friendly. I requested a slice of cake and they deliver and that is a good hospitality. Wide selection of buffet and the food is good. Nice atmosphere for dining.

We had a sumptuous Valentine’s Day breakfast here; pleasantly surprised by the Indian cuisine of thosai, Puttumayam, samosa & masala tea; the wide array of western & local breakfast items were delicious - good job chef 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I don’t know what they doing with the five star hotel we went on the buffet Friday night around 7:30 8 o’clock Mo all the cooking station, which is prepared by the chef. The Saturday is dry. You don’t have a love sushi and you only have one kind of sashimi and on the other side of the cooking, you only have one kind of pasta and on the seafood, cold cut seafood. We ask the chef to grill something for us, a prawns and some crab, the Crown, the prawns and the crab that we asked to grill just with salt and pepper. He came back without any taste at all any taste already cooked long time before the meat of the crab, and the shrimp is smoosh we eat at All and I don’t like to complain so me and my wife we just eat we sit there in the buffet less than one hour and we pay and we are out and I came back to booking Pan down on my hotel, and I have to go find things to eat for the nightI really don’t recommend this hotel and this will pay to anybody. I know also with the person I don’t know.

I booked for lunch set buffet on 2:00pm. However, when I arrive there on time, I was told that the buffet will end on 2:30pm. I was so frustrated that I then left the restaurant, and paid for an unnecessary parking fee for rm 8. It is very irresponsible for the hotel to open an offer to the guest for buffet set in 2pm when the same will end at 30 minutes later, without first informing the consumer. Please rectify and I hope the same incident will not be repeated. Thank you.
