Quite nice place, convenient parking as it is just connected to DC Mall. We are expecting for the hibiscus flowers arrangement for the afternoon tea, and also the infusion tea but no decor for that and the tea is also not available. Not really up to the theme. The live violin starts at 3pm and last one hour is okay for us coz not many tables are occupied. Only three during the Saturday noon. Overall, still a nice high tea for us.
