The ambiance was cozy and perfect for a relaxed meal, with friendly and accommodating staff that added to the pleasant atmosphere. In my booking remarks, I requested a normal table, but upon arrival, I was informed none were available and was offered a seat at the robata area instead which I completely understood. I asked how long the wait would be, and the staff kindly checked. A minute later, she returned to say the table was just being prepared. When we were finally seated, I did notice several unoccupied tables, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The food was flavorful, the service warm, and even with a few follow-ups for a straw, everything else more than made up for it. With the Eatigo discount, it was absolutely sulit. Definitely coming back!

everything is great except for the staff attentiveness. They're accomodating and very friendly but needs more training when it comes to their knowledge on the menu. it seems like most of them are new and not really familiar with the ingredients of the dishes they're serving. other than that, superb experience overall.

Thank-you eatigo for this experience. Got to celebrate my parents' anniversary here with ease. Love the ramen and dotonburi set, dragon roll, and shochu sour. Generous serving of food and very polite servers. Will go back again!
