Bad service Ignored orders, not respect customers Not attentive, even with promotion, I wouldn’t go again!

Friendly staff. Sauces in burger and pasta were flavouful. Enjoyed the black pepper soft shell crab pasta and wasabi mayo in burger.

Nice staff, food was bad. Pasta taste really blend and watery. the crab portion is very small, can’t really mess up crab so taste is fine. Also the Bao is not included in offer. Oh but the fries were amazingly good! Would go back just for it. They really need to fix the mains menu, you can’t just slap crab onto anything and expect it to be good. It will be really popular with better care towards the pasta and mac&chesse. Consider MSG n salt n pepper. Less watery and maybe some garnish?

Nice interesting place to eat

It was a pleasant surprise to find Crab Cartel in Cold Storage. We ordered the burger trio which was very delicious and the soft shell crab pasta in pepper sauce. Simply enjoyed the food

The staffs are so kind. Easy to eat in. Casual. I prefer black pepper sauce than chili sauce.
