I had booked 50% discount, but boos not given me the discount, she said only displayed photos items can use the offer, but I had use few times before without any specific requirements. 🤔

Worst experience ever and the first negative comment we leave on eatigo! We went on a weekday evening with 20% discount and ended up speechless for what we were put through. 最差最差的体验!第一个差评!注意避雷!各种霸王条款!点单/付款/上菜各个环节都槽点满满!人手不足!除了凉菜黄瓜之外所有菜品烧烤火候都不够不入味! 1. Several dishes didn't apply discount. The ordering system asked us to pay first before serving so I went to counter right after we finished ordering. Turned out the bill barely applied much discount. Was told some dished we ordered are "new dishes" which eatigo discount won't apply. That's fine. However, when asking if we can change those dishes in that case, the waitress refused claiming "the digital order has been placed to kitchen and is in preparation" which eventually turned to be all nonsense. But at that time, we were forced to accept their ridiculous rules. 2. What's more, we were forced tomake payment via Paynow instead of paywave. As the waitress quote boss said"only accept Paynow for eatigo orders", which was even double confirmed over phone. Simply don't understand why customers would be treated differently and have to pay differently due to eatigo (Fyi, total bill for 2 girls' dinner was 80+ after discount applied to some dishes). Again, had to follow their ridiculous and unfair rules. 3. Most dishes n BBQs were undercooked. Maybe because there was only one cook and had to rush everything out of kitchen. The boiling frog doesn’t have any flavor and tasted like boiling in plain water. 4. Yea, didn't expect things can go even worse but you would never know. Again, due to short handed. They missed one dish we ordered. After more than one hour, when we were almost done and planned to leave, we noticed that so we reminded the waitress there is one dish being left out but we no longer want it and plan to leave alrd. The waitress went to kitchen to deliver the message. No follow ups afterwards but another waitress came by later and told us that dish is in the pot now and the cook was cooking it. Wait or not, there is no refund. How ironic! Especially considering we were refused to replace the dishes with the reason the dishes were in preparation. Were forced to accept and wait once again! Literally the worst experience we ever experienced! We really regretted that we didn't choose other restaurants or should have just left when they show their arrogance. We learnt our lessons. To whoever lucky enough to see this comment before reservation. Do take our experience as a lesson and RUN!
